Introduction

At the Elite Level, athletes are expected to maintain numerous athletic obligations such as physical health, daily training commitments, as well as additional training such as Sport Psychology, Strength & Conditioning, Flexibility Seminars, etc. The programs below are meant to prepare our elite athletes for the Annual National Championships and National Team selection. Athletes in this program travel to domestic and international events throughout the year. Next Gen athletes would only travel within the Atlantic Provinces for competition but may be invited to attend other tournaments at the coaching teams discretion.
